REFUND POLICY
a. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact White Eagle Lodge within 7 days of receipt, either by email to enquiries@white-eagle.or.uk, or by telephone on 01730 893300.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, The White Eagle Lodge shall have no liability to you unless notified of the problem within 35 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to White Eagle Lodge under this condition, White Eagle Lodge will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
d. White Eagle Lodge will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to White Eagle Lodge under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
e. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit White Eagle Lodge liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
