The first half of this final volume in the Spiritual Unfoldment series consists of a series of teachings given originally by White Eagle under the general title ‘The Path’ – advice to the aspirant following their own spiritual path. The second half contains further teaching on a similar theme, and then a series of shorter passages of universal relevance, ‘Sayings of the Gentle Brother.’ And ‘the Gentle Brother’ describes White Eagles voice throughout the Spiritual Unfoldment series and beyond.

Many details can cause irritation, but such details are usually trivialities which do not matter. Learn to distinguish between the real and the unreal, the important and the unimportant, and in this way you will grow big of heart and of soul. A great soul houses no smallness or pettiness.
